Changes to Permitted Development rights (for non-residential uses)

The Welsh Government have amended the General Permitted Development Order  to provide more flexible Permitted Development Rights for industrial and warehouse premises, schools, colleges, universities and hospitals. The amendments also provide new Permitted Development Rights for offices, shops and financial or professional services. The changes will come into force on April 28th 2014.
